How do I book a unit?
Call 613-433-3981 or fill in the booking request form. Your space is confirmed when we reply. Locks are available for $20 plus tax.
Where is the facility located?
We are at 1563 Ontario 132, just outside Renfrew, Ontario — an easy drive from Arnprior, Calabogie, Burnstown, Eganville and Cobden. Get directions and contact details.
What are your office hours, and when can I access my unit?
The office is staffed Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Tenants have 24/7 access to their units and parking spaces, every day of the year.
Do I need my own lock?
If you don’t have one, we sell locks for $20 plus tax. You can choose to add a lock when you submit your booking request.
How do I pay for my storage?
Storage is billed monthly. Rent can be paid by e-transfer to [email protected]. Call 613-433-3981 if you have questions about your payment.
Is HST charged on storage rates?
Yes. All unit and parking rates are subject to HST.
Should I insure my belongings in storage?
We recommend speaking with your insurance provider about coverage for items kept in storage, so your belongings are protected for the full rental period.
Do you offer climate-controlled units?
Yes, we have a climate-controlled option — the 11 × 15 interior unit at $184/month. Ask which indoor options are currently available by calling 613-433-3981.
